Terms & Conditions

Displays ship within 72 hours. Non-printed packaging ships within 72 hours. Lead times for printed goods are 7-10 days subject to seasonality. All shipments are FOB Brea, CA.

BBG uses Fed Ex ground as our primary courier. For larger shipments BBG uses a variety of trucking companies. If you prefer UPS, or a specific trucking company, please provide your account number when ordering.

1 and 2 rated JBT members are eligible for Net 30 terms. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover card for all prepaid accounts. BBG no longer accepts COD accounts. Contact our customer service dept if you are not a JBT member and would like to apply for credit terms.

accepts returns on all displays and non-printed packaging as long as it is returned in its original condition in the original packaging. BBG must be notified within 15 days of any items being returned and the product must be received back within 30 days from the invoice date. All returns must have an RMA number (provided by our customer service dept) clearly marked on each package. Please inquire about the re-stocking charges that apply to printed goods.

Plates are $50 each. However, we offer free plates for any customer ordering $500+ of packaging and allowing BBG 30 days to ship their first order (initial orders with paid plates can ship within 2 weeks). Re-orders typically take no longer than 7-10 days to ship. Please inquire when placing your packaging order as print lead times can vary depending on the season.

Hot stamping is billed at 15 cents per impression. Pad Printing is billed at 25 cents per impression. PMS color matching of your logo is available for an $80 one-time charge.
